Claims Analyst

Our client, the largest subrogation company in the United States, is in search of a Claims Analyst to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Claims Analyst will be responsible for activities involved in the recovery efforts on a specified segment of the company's service including cases involving personal auto physical damage, collections against uninsured motorists, vendor management cases, and cases under a specific dollar level to be determined by management.

This individual will prepare files and determine if there is subrogation potential by completing the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Investigate of all assigned cases to identify the presence of subrogation or right of recovery potential.
• Apply proper maintenance and case handling procedures in accordance with operations standards.
• Investigate all relevant information required to place all parties on timely notice of client’s interest.
• Accumulate proper lien amount in all assigned cases through review of client records and systems.
• Develop and monitor cases to timely settlement by maintaining timely follow up telephone contact with all parties as appropriate including third parties, insurance adjusters and attorneys.
