Our client, located in the East-End of Louisville, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.  This is an incredible opportunity with one of the largest marketing firms in the world! 

This position is in their AP processing center in the print media department.  This is a high volume department, so those who have strong administrative and accounting experience are encouraged to apply!  Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have solid knowledge of Excel. Must be able to create new spreadsheets and use formulas. 

Some accounting and/or AP experience is required.  

The Accounts Payable specialist will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a busy accounts payable department and ensuring timely invoice processing and coding
• Confirming PO's and all required research

This position requires someone that is extremely organized, strong data entry skills and the ability to work under extreme deadlines and pressure.

This is a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8am - 5pm.

All candidates must pass a criminal background check.
