A well known healthcare provider in the south Denver Metro Area has several openings for Recent College Graduates who want to get their foot in the door and have the opportunity to great growth potential! A few of these positions are responsible for representing the company on the phones and at the front desk, in addition to providing administrative support as needed.

Duties:

• Provide financial and administrative support by preparing and monitoring budgets
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of purchase orders and medical records
• Prepare presentations and budget reports
• Provide general support to Special Orders Department
• Administrative duties, such as scheduling, phones, filing, mail, etc.
• Responsible for ordering supplies for department

Responsibilities:

• A Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences, Management, or a related field
• Must be professional and reliable
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
• Ability to present a polished professional image at all times, in person, on the phone, and via written communication
• At least some office experience
• Ability to multi-task and reprioritize throughout the day
