Public Benefits Specialist

A national growing company for Patient Financial Services is seeking a Public Benefits Specialist. This company specializes in third party billing and eligibility services to those seeking healthcare. This company believes in working together for patients, their families and the community to be a resource for what is available to patient to help them expense their medical needs. This candidate must be energetic, talented and energetic!

Duties:

• Work with families to help them apply for government programs
• Working knowledge of income brackets and asset criteria at the Federal, State, and Local agencies.
• Assist the patient throughout the process
• Counsels patient and family on the anxiety that can be associated with the process
• Responsible for translating patient needs

Requirements:

• MUST be Bilingual
• Must be willing to work a contract or contract to hire position
• Must have great people skills
• Experience with third-party billing is a plus!

The compensation for this position starts at $32,000 a year with and exceptional benefits package for the employee!
