Description:
A healthcare company in the DTC area is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator. This person will be working on a team of coordinators supporting recruiters, HR directors, and operations/facility professionals. More specifically the candidate will be supporting the team by improving how job postings are announced, how candidates are sourced, screened, communicated with, and hired and how recruiting is tracked to encourage continual improvement.
Qualifications:
-2+ years experience in HR or recruitment support -Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) -Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize -Self motivated -Accurate and timely follow-up skills and tracking skills -Ability to travel if needed, 5-10%
This position pays $15.00/hr. This is a contract position that will last at least 6 months.
