Bilingual Customer Service Representative

An extremely successful and well-known corporation in the Lowry area is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Rep to serve as the point-of-contact for clients and customers. This position ensures the accuracy of all forms, receipt of payment, and policy issuance for all new customers.  The ideal candidate will also ensure that customers, who need specific assistance, are transferred to the appropriate team within the company. 

Essential Duties:

• Assist policy holders and brokers with questions or concerns
• Responsible for inputting accurate customer applications for insurance via phone, fax, mail, internet or walk-in
• Follows up with policyholders and brokers
• Communicate basic principles of worker’s compensation and company guidelines/requirements/procedures with policyholders, claimants, medical providers, attorneys and Division of Worker’s Compensation
• Responsible for informing customers and cross-selling the company’s various services

Job Qualifications:

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communications and customer service skills
