Description:
A non-profit organization in the Aurora area is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for the coordination of timely mailings of all external marketing materials and publications for all departments. The Administrative Assistant will create a marketing database to assist in providing targeted mailings to customers and providers.
Duties: • Creates marketing database • Updates and maintains customer and provider information • Collects data and generate reports that track effectiveness of marketing programs for departments • Performs special projects relating to marketing programs, outreach events and industry conferences/associations • Coordinates mailings of external marketing materials and publications • Assists with development of general-use video materials • Knowledge and skill in desktop publishing software and design application • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently with a minimum of supervision

Requirements: • Bachelors Degree required • Must be bilingual in Spanish • Must be able to type 50 WPM • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Access required
