Description: A large medical center in the Boulder area is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing. This person will coordinate and direct the nursing and receptionist activities withing several specific care areas in addition to any special projects in administration. They will also direct and supervise departmental staff of nursing professionals, medical assistants and receptionist. The ideal candidate will utilize a "patient first" approach in coordinating patient care, as well as in performing management functions. Requirements: - Must have Bachelors Degree in Nursing, active CO license - Must have a minimum of 3 years in senior health care Management - Must be knowledgable about nursing and medical operations and ancillary functions - Must be able to analyze issues and offer recommendations - Must be able to provide daily direction, leadership and implement effective problem solving strategies |
