Description:
A well known hospital in the South area of Denver is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Facilities Director. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a high energy environment. This candidate must have a very strong Microsoft Office and Excel skill level. All applicants must be willing to work on a contract basis with the possibility of hire for the right candidate.
Duties: - Administrative customer service
- Coordinating patients between all departments
- Attendance during conference calls to manage meeting minutes
- Responsible for purchase orders with in the department
- Offering administrative support to the Director
- Performing selective clerical duties
Requirements: - Must be excellent in Microsoft software
- Experience as Medical Assistant or within the healthcare industry
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- At least 3 years of experience
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
