Accounts Receivable and Medical Collections Specialist

A well-respected medical company in Golden currently has an opening for an Accounts Receivable and Medical Collections Specialist.  The company offers a friendly office environment with opportunities to contribute new ideas.

Duties:

• Obtain account payments by assembling documentation and contacting the necessary parties
• Track customer files with notes on communications about collections matters, including terms discussed and follow-up dates, etc.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activity
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of related collections/Accounts Receivable experience
• Must have experience in a medical setting
• Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel
• Good communication skills, both written and oral, and good customer service skills
• Good organization and time management skills  

The ideal candidate will be high energy, with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.  This is a full time position paying $17 per hour.
