Entry Level Receptionist Opportunity


Description:

A financial services company in Downtown Denver is currently looking for a polished, professional receptionist. The receptionist would be responsible for representing the company at the front desk and on the phones in addition to providing some administrative support. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in daily office activities, extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.


Responsibilities:

• Ability to answer incoming calls
• Greet visitors and keep the reception area organized
• Fax, file, copy and type correspondence as necessary
• Order office supplies
• General office duties as needed
• Special projects as assigned


Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• 1 year of office or administrative experience
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to present a polished professional image at all times, in person, on the phone and through written correspondence
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
