Lakeshore is actively recruiting for MULTIPLE Loan Mitigation Counselors for our rapidly growing client in Plano. This company has a global footprint and offers opportunities for professional and personal advancement and growth.
Responsibilities of this role include:

Evaluating and negotiating borrower financial information to determine the best loss mitigation workout for the investor and borrowers

Intreact with the other business units to enhance the understanding of asset specific issues, as applicable

Working with customers who are facing foreclosure of their property to collect monetary funds necessary to prevent the process from moving forward

Researching of borrowers' said issues

Maintaining an open line of communication with customers
The qualified candidate will possess:
-
Solid experience in loan origination, mitigation or in a collection role for a mortgage firm

History working in a call-center environment helpful
-
Stable work history
-
Intermediate skills in the full Microsoft Office suite-Word, Excel, and Powerpoint especially
