Receptionist/Office Assistant

Our client is a prosperous and growing commercial real estate firm who successfully completed transactions with a total value of nearly $7 billion last year. The explosive growth of this firm throughout the West and now moving East is due to their commitment to customer service and ethical practices. To support this growth, there is an immediate need for a highly polished, outgoing and creative Receptionist with administrative skills to support the team of commercial real estate brokers.
The daily responsibilities of this role will include:
- Creating and managing all aspects of marketing packages including market surveys and maps
- Designing marketing flyers, graphics, newsletters, etc.
- Composing press releases
- Mass Mail-Outs – Post cards, mail merge letters
- General correspondence, i.e., letters, memos, emails
- Leases, request for proposals, exclusive listing agreements, etc.
- Enhancing the morale of the office through outside social events, in-house events, holiday functions, etc.
Requirements:
- Polished professional presence and demeanor is an ABSOLUTE must
- Solid job tenure-no more than 2 positions in the past 5 years.
- 3 + years of experience in a highly visible administrative support role
- Experience in commercial real estate or legal setting is a must.
- Intermediate skills in: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Visio, and Mappoint strongly preferred.
