- manage the attorneys calendar and docket of court cases
- assist attorney's with expense reports
- interfacing with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- typing, formatting, editing, and finalizing correspondence and legal documents
- electronic and hard copy record retention, file maintenance and file retrieval
- prepare outgoing mail and packages
- conducting internet research to maintain database and update records
- proofread documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- assist in the preparation of meetings and lunches
- update project list with new project information and deadlines
Qualified candidates will have... - minimum 2-3 years legal secretary or legal assistant experience
- extremely technically savvy including proficiency in e filing, word, and excel
- well developed verbal and written communication skills
- client servicing/ communication experience
- electronic filing experience
