Investment Service Representative

Lakeshore is currently recruiting for several qualified Investment Service Representatives to work for one of the leaders in the global securities industry.  This organization specializes in providing services and solutions to listed companies, investors, employees and exchanges.  The Investment Service Representative will be responsible for professionally communicating with shareholders.  This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in utilizing communication skills in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Investment Service Representative will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answering inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner within an acceptable amount of time as needed
• Responding to email and internet inquiries via email or telephone
• Accurately updating the database in a timely manner
• Keeping current on industry news pertaining to campaign specifics
• Effectively and professionally resolving shareholder concerns
• Meeting all targets for productivity, quality, attendance and code of conduct
• Assisting trainers in training representatives as needed
• Providing support on an ad hoc and temporary basis to representatives in the short-term absence of a team leader
• Handling routine administrative tasks as needed

Qualified candidates for the Investment Service Representative position will meet the following requirements:

• 0-2+ years experience working a call center (or similar customer service environment)
• High school diploma required
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Proficiency in operating computers and applications (including Microsoft Office software programs)
• Must be a committed team player with the ability to function both independently and as part of a team
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Function efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously
