Lakeshore is currently recruiting for a seasoned Executive Assistant with experience supporting upper level management. The Executive Assistant handles a wide variety of duties to ensure effective and efficient operations. This position requires a need for strong organizational and project management skills, excellent grammar and spelling skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with other executives and external clients.
The Executive Assistant's Responsibilities include:
- Compose and type general correspondence, document preparation, form letters, reports, and presentations
- Responsible for coordinating meetings and conferences for the company
- Coordinating the executive’s calendar
- Travel arrangements; domestic and international
- Maintaining consistent, current and readily accessible files
- Welcoming guests, answering phones, taking messages and transferring callers to the designated party when available
The Executive Assistant’s Experience include:
- Bachelors degree.
- 5-6 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency
- Must be a team player
- Must be comfortable handling self in a high profile and professional environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A Marketing background or Project Management experience is preferred.
