What to expect while working for Lakeshore
WHILE ON ASSIGNMENT
- Candidates are expected to arrive on time and work their scheduled shift. Arrangements for coming in late, leaving early or being off must be approved by Lakeshore, and the client, in advance
- Dress professionally and according to the standards of the client environment
- Be flexible; must be willing to do special and additional projects assigned by hiring authority
- Be communicative; keep Lakeshore apprised of how assignment is going
GETTING PAID
- Employees on temporary or contract-to-hire positions must complete a weekly time card, signed by employer, in order to be paid
- Time cards are due by Monday before 5:00 CST
- Pay-day is every Friday
- Pay can be a paper check or directly deposited into the account of your choice, posted to a Payroll Card (works like a debit card)
TRAINING
- Online tutorials for Microsoft Office products are made available to all our employees and candidates
