Pre-Employment Screening

PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING

  • Detailed phone screen with one of our Recruiters
  • An in-person interview with a specialized Staffing Manager
  • Testing on applicable Microsoft Office software
  • Detailed reference checks (we need to verify more than just dates of hire, we want to know about your performance on the job)

THE DECISION

  • Candidates we place will have an orientation, in which our staff will explain what it is like to work for Lakeshore, provide payroll information, and review our general expectations while working for us
  • If we are not able to place you, for any reason, we will inform you
