We place ads based on past, present, and future needs. We may have met with a client who says they may have a need in the future and we want to have candidates in our database so that we can be prepared.

We provide positions primarily in the financial services, professional services, and non-profit industry sectors with some of the best companies. Our contract employees have the advantage of working with companies behind the scenes to determine what the working environment is really like. Many of our temporary employees turn their contract positions into full-time jobs by showing off their skills to employers.

7. How many people are they interviewing? |
|
It is our job to screen resumes / candidates for our clients. Typically we submit 3-4 resumes and schedule interviews based on the client's preference and the specific job requirements.

We place employees based on
skills, experience and education. We want our
employees to be confident that they can fulfill the
job requirements while also providing for further
development and challenge.

Our experiences with our clients
vary, based on our relationships. We have worked with
many clients for several years so we may have more
information to be able to provide compared to other
clients where our experiences are newer. We will only
present professional opportunities to our employees.
