2. What do you hire for?

Temporary Help, Projects, and Direct Hire opportunities for clerical, administrative, legal support, financial/accounting and professional positions.
 

3. Why do you place some ads on your web site that you aren't hiring for?

We place ads based on past, present, and future needs. We may have met with a client who says they may have a need in the future and we want to have candidates in our database so that we can be prepared.


4. What is the advantage of being a temporary employee?

We provide positions primarily in the financial services, professional services, and non-profit industry sectors with some of the best companies.  Our contract employees have the advantage of working with companies behind the scenes to determine what the working environment is really like.  Many of our temporary employees turn their contract positions into full-time jobs by showing off their skills to employers.
 

5. What is the career path?

Our goal is to place our employees in positions where they are confident yet challenged. We want our employees to utilize their background, skills and education while learning and developing additional skills. Our clients offer career paths for both entry level candidates as well as experienced employees.


6. What is the culture/environment like?

Our clients offer a variety of cultures and environments from casual to professional, small (50 people or less), to medium (500-1000 employees) to large (1000+ employees). We work with Advertising and Public Relation firms, Financial Institutions, Consulting companies, Non Profit organizations, Insurance companies, Manufacturing Companies and Real Estate companies.


7. How many people are they interviewing?

It is our job to screen resumes / candidates for our clients. Typically we submit 3-4 resumes and schedule interviews based on the client's preference and the specific job requirements.
 

8. What will I be learning, doing, and becoming in this position?

We place employees based on skills, experience and education. We want our employees to be confident that they can fulfill the job requirements while also providing for further development and challenge.
 

9. What has your experience been with the client?

Our experiences with our clients vary, based on our relationships. We have worked with many clients for several years so we may have more information to be able to provide compared to other clients where our experiences are newer. We will only present professional opportunities to our employees.
