Chris joined our team at Lakeshore Staffing, in a Business Development role, in November of 2010.  Chris has over 12 years of sales experience and has been in the staffing industry for 3 1/2 years, all of which have been in Information Technology.  Chris started as an IT Recruiter and after learning the business of IT staffing, he made a transition onto the Business Development side of the industry.  Chris prides himself on developing long term relationships and partnerships and providing clients with top talent.

Greg Goodin

Sr. Consultant, Recruitment Experience

Greg joined the team in 2011 and brought with him over 5 years of experience in the IT industry and recruiting experience.  Prior to working at Lakeshore, Greg, worked at Indiana’s largest IT consulting company with satellite office stateside and international, leading the direct accounts team while there, while performing as one of the top recruiters.  An Indiana native, Greg graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a minor in Business.  In addition to recruiting, in his free time, he writes for a well-known music blog, MyOldKentuckyBlog.com.  Greg currently resides in Louisville, KY.

Jim Allen

Branch Captain

Jim graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science degree.  While at University of Louisville he was also a member of the baseball team.  After college he spent a year playing professional baseball before beginning his career in staffing.  He has thoroughly enjoyed being in the staffing industry and has primarily concentrated in the Information Technology vertical over the last 15 years.

Kelly Charmoli

Team Coordinator

Kelly graduated from the University of Kentucky where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Individual and Family Development. She started her career at Lakeshore as a Team Coordinator in June 2011. Kelly grew up in Hanover, IN, but moved to Louisville after graduating college in 1997. She enjoys walking, shopping and spending time with her friends and family. 

Mindye Mannel
Louisville

Consultant, Recruitment Experience

Mindye attended Indiana University, received her bachelor’s degree and went on to obtain her Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Louisville. Mindye started a career in HR and recruiting in 1994 while working for a large non profit organization.  She has also worked in recruiting for UPS as well as doing health care and non medical recruitment.  Mindye joined Lakeshore in 2009 and focuses her recruitment efforts primarily in administrative, accounting and IT positions.
