After graduating from Miami University with a BS degree in Art History, Christine worked for the Kosair Children’s Hospital in their Foundation Department where she started a fundraising program geared for children called “Kids for Kids”. She joined Lakeshore in spring of 2007 and focuses on staffing for IT, executive and general administrative positions.

Dana Martin started her career in staffing in 1998 and has thoroughly enjoyed being a part of a huge industry. Dana began recruiting in the administrative and accounting world and has found her niche in Telecom and IT recruiting. She greatly enjoys recruiting executives from across the U.S. to join some of Louisville’s largest companies. Prior to staffing, Dana worked with several non-profit organizations where she realized her desire and strength in helping others, which she puts to use in her recruiting efforts daily.

Mindye attended Indiana University, received her bachelor’s degree and went on to obtain her Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Louisville. Mindye started a career in HR and recruiting in 1994 while working for a large non profit organization. She has also worked in recruiting for UPS as well as doing health care and non medical recruitment. Mindye joined Lakeshore in 2009 and focuses her recruitment efforts primarily in administrative, accounting and IT positions.

Ted has been recruiting IT professionals for 8 years for both the Private and the Public sector. He initiated his experience in Washington DC working as a recruiter supporting the Federal Government and its various agencies for 3 years before moving his career and his home to Kentucky where he has been recruiting IT professionals for the past 5 years. Ted is originally from Portland Oregon; from Portland he made his way to Penn State University where he was a 4 year varsity athlete with all American honors and an NCAA championship in 2000 as well as a Business major.
