Concierge
Alta received her Bachelors of Arts in English literature from Colgate University in New York. She has an extensive background in customer service and education management, as well as a genuine love for teaching and helping others. Her previous experience includes serving as the Director of Client Services at a marketing and real estate education company, as well as holding an account manager position in a high-tech public relations capacity. Prior to moving to Colorado, her love of education and travel brought her to the Czech Republic, where she taught business English to adults. She joined the Lakeshore team in 2011, and is excited to bring her customer centric experience to the Concierge role. She loves traveling and enjoying the great outdoors of Colorado with her husband and her dog Polly.
Operations Consultant, Recruitment Experience
Joe Goodwin graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Joe started his career in accounting working for First Data Corporation in the SEC Reporting group. After spending time within accounting, Joe joined the Lakeshore team two years ago and is currently the Operations Consultant of Recruitment Experience. He has lived in Colorado for a majority of his life and enjoys keeping himself busy outdoors.
Team Coordinator
JoRae graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications. She started her career at Lakeshore as a Team Coordinator in July 2011. JoRae grew up in a small town in Wyoming, but moved to Denver to attend college in 2007. She enjoys sporting events, music, fitness, and spending time with her friends and family.
Associate, Recruitment Experience
Julie graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in both Communications and Sociology. She began her career in publicity and promotions by successfully completing a PR internship for 104 West Partners and a promotional internship with Madison House Publicity. She then joined the Lakeshore team as Associate, Recruitment Experience in the spring of 2011. Julie is a small town Colorado native who enjoys getting outside and enjoying all the state has to offer. Rain or shine, Julie can be found listening to live music, supporting Colorado sporting events, traveling the state to camp and hike 14’ers, and exploring the city’s wide range of restaurants and parks.

Lannah graduated from Colorado State University where she received her degree in Applied Human Sciences. After graduating she moved to New York to pursue a career in business and finance. While working in Manhattan Lannah settled into Edwards & Kelcey Engineering, Inc. in the accounting department as a billing coordinator and an Executive Assistant for the Vice President. While working at Edwards she was responsible for establishing and maintaining clientele relationships as well as financial billing and reporting for all New York City Department of Transportation accounts. She relocated back Denver and continued her career as Senior Transaction Accountant at Arcadis U.S., Inc. Her top tier client accounts included the Bank of America and New York City Department of Environmental Protection. Lannah is enthusiastic to join Lakeshore with over 8 years of experience in high profile client and financial account maintenance. She is a Colorado native that enjoys attending sporting events, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Branch Captain
Mary Clark graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Business Administration, and a minor in International Business. Mary enjoyed a 13 year career in the Fashion Industry prior to joining Lakeshore. She worked in New York City for eight years in Sales and Account Management for several menswear designers, including Giorgio Armani. After relocating to Denver in 2002 she continued her career in the Fashion Industry as the Director of Human Resources at Saks Fifth Avenue. After working with Saks for over 6 years Mary decided to make a career change and joined Lakeshore in a Client Experience Role working with clients in Downtown Denver and Denver Tech Center. Promoted in June 2011 she now leads the Denver Market as the Branch Captain and brings a fresh perspective which will help drive the team and provide a 5-star quality experience to the Candidates and Clients within Lakeshore. She is a devoted wife and mother of a 7 year old son and a 4 year old daughter, and is a food and wine enthusiast in her spare time.

Melissa Tuck graduated from The State University of New York at Buffalo where she received a degree in Communication with a concentration in Marketing and PR. She has spent the last 18 years as a Retail Executive, specifically in the Cosmetic Industry, working for companies such as Lord & Taylor and Saks Fifth Avenue. Melissa was primarily responsible for hiring, training and managing a staff of specialists while acting as a liason and partner between the vendor and store brand. She has recently made a career change and is a new member to the Lakeshore Team. Melissa has lived in Colorado for the past 11 years and enjoys spending time with her husband and their Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Libby Lou.

Natalie graduated from Minnesota State University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. After moving to Colorado, Natalie began her career working as a Human Resources Generalist at The Warranty Group. She switched gears for a few years to join a software company as a Trainer where she had the chance to travel all over the U.S. She recently joined the Lakeshore team as Associate, Recruitment experience. Natalie has lived in Colorado for 6 years, and loves to get out running, hiking, seeing live music, and attending sporting events.
Senior Consultant, Client Experience
Pam Black graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Marketing and has over 15 years of account management experience. She worked as a medical assistant for a surgical practice while going to school and was promoted to Practice Manager. She changed careers, after the surgeons retired, and went to work for Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager/Account Manager until she was recruited by one of her clients as National Director of Agents for a Same Day Courier Company in Los Angeles, where she was employed for 12 years. She was responsible for hiring, training and managing 1200 vendors, and was also member of their corporate management team. In 2006, she and her husband relocated to Denver and she joined Lakeshore’s Healthcare Team in the DTC. She enjoys golfing, skiing and hiking.
