Dana Martin started her career in staffing in 1998 and has thoroughly enjoyed being a part of a huge industry. Dana began recruiting in the administrative and accounting world and has found her niche in Telecom and IT recruiting. She greatly enjoys recruiting executives from across the U.S. to join some of Louisville’s largest companies. Prior to staffing, Dana worked with several non-profit organizations where she realized her desire and strength in helping others, which she puts to use in her recruiting efforts daily.

Joe Goodwin graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Joe started his career in accounting working for First Data Corporation in the SEC Reporting group. After spending time within accounting, Joe joined the Lakeshore team two years ago and is currently the Operations Consultant of Recruitment Experience. He has lived in Colorado for a majority of his life and enjoys keeping himself busy outdoors.

Katrina Jackson started her career in accounting working for Johnson & Wortley, P.C., at that time, the largest law firm in Dallas. Collectively, Katrina has over 15 years of professional experience in Accounting, Practice Management, HR-Talent Acquisition, and Staff Development. She recently joined the Lakeshore Family as Team Coordinator. Katrina enjoys shopping and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Monty contributes over twenty years of experience within the Information Technology Industry. Monty has over 10 years directly related to Information Technology talent community within the Dallas /FT. Worth metroplex. Prior to joining Lakeshore, Monty held the position of Director of Sales and Operations of multiple branches where he supported several of the major fortune 500’s within the I.T. Staffing Industry. Monty has a degree in computer science and certifications in management, team building and EEOC. Monty currently resides in Dallas, Texas, where he enjoys anything outdoors or sports related with his wife and four children.
