Team Captain, Recruitment Experience

Amy has been a versatile member of the Lakeshore team since 2000. She relocated to Chicago from Buffalo, NY shortly after graduating from SUNY Buffalo with a BS in Elementary Education. Amy joined the team as a Staffing Manager and has since held several positions, all with a focus on Recruiting and Customer Service. Her goal is to provide a 5 star quality experience to candidates and internal staff. When not “living Lakeshore” she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Consultant, Client Experience

Cyndy attended Arizona State University, earning a degree in Justice Studies.  Upon graduation, she pursued a career in retail management, gaining 14 years of industry experience.  While working in retail management, she developed a passion for sales and found success in both inside and outside sales while working for Bumble & Bumble and New Century Mortgage.  Cyndy has since utilized her expertise in retail management and sales working for Lakeshore as a Staffing Manager. Cyndy enjoys shopping, reality TV and baking.

Branch Captain

Jennifer has rejoined our Chicago Team to oversee the branch efforts. She brings over 11 years of management, production and account development experience to our office.  Jennifer’s strengths lie in leading teams and forming lasting partnerships with Lakeshore’s client base. She is truly passionate in continuing to build on the wonderful relationships we have a team, with our clients, and our candidates equally.  Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her son, traveling, sporting events and exercising. 

Team Coordinator & Concierge

Jen graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2009 where she earned a Masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.  She worked for Lakeshore Staffing as a temporary employee for two months before she was hired internally with the company as Team Coordinator in October 2009.  Shortly thereafter, she moved into the Chicago Loop with her sister and enjoys a four block walk to work everyday.  In her free time, Jen loves baking, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors.

Consultant, Client Experience

Karyl has more than eight years experience within the staffing industry as a recruiter and account manager supporting high volume accounts and cultivating client relationships. She specializes in Human Resources, Accounting, Financial, Project Management, Government and Administrative positions. Karyl is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management at Governor’s State University. She is originally from Belize and loves to travel and spend time with her family.
