The Lakeshore Companies Expand Phoenix Operations
PHOENIX, Arizona - (May 21, 2006) - The Lakeshore Companies announced this week they are opening a new branch office in the Desert Ridge area of North Phoenix in order to accommodate a growing financial industry client base in that region.
The Lakeshore Companies, already a strong presence in the Scottsdale staffing market, will relocate its existing title and escrow industry specialists to the new address at 20860 North Tatum Blvd in Phoenix. The new office in Desert Ridge will expand current client relationships and develop new business opportunities, offering a more convenient location for its clients located in North Scottsdale and North Phoenix.
In Scottsdale, Lakeshore’s initial location at 6991 East Camelback Road will continue to offer its usual high-caliber services to new and existing clients. According to Jay Velinder, CEO of the Lakeshore Companies, the new location enables the title and escrow industries group to establish and expand a new market space, apart from the financial, aerospace, and defense industries group which remains in Scottsdale.
